 Papers will be accepted on the basis of quality of abstract and the decision will be made by the Program Committee and its decision will be final.

Considering that the participants are from different countries, the main language of the conference is English.

Deadline for receipt of abstracts: 20 January 2026

Notification of paper acceptance: 20 February 2026

The invitation to submit an abstract does not included cost of travel, accommodation or registration

Selected presenters are required to register according to registration fee for the conference.

By submitting this proposal, you grant the organizers permission to publish the abstract in electronic format.

Please ensure the title of your presentation is in sentence case

The abstract should be brief with a 300-word limit. It should be as follows:
a) The purpose of the research
b) The research methods that are being used
c) A summary of the major findings and their overall significance
d) Details of any further work needed
e) Keywords: A limit of five

Abstracts must be accompanied by presenter’s biography of no more than 200 words

Please include all authors of the submission and their affiliations.

all presenters will be required to submit PowerPoint presentations in advance along with any video content. Presentations will need to be supplied in 16:9 format as a .ppt file.
